We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Apps are designed to be fun, lightweight, and privacy-friendly. We do not require user accounts, do not collect personal information directly, and store all user preferences locally on your device.

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games published by Stinkyboy, including but not limited to:

3. Information We Collect
We do not directly collect personal information from you. Our Apps do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.
However, our Apps use third-party services that may collect certain data automatically:
Information Collected Automatically
- Device identifiers — advertising IDs (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) used for ad serving and analytics
- Device information — device model, operating system version, language, and screen resolution
- Usage data — session length, screen views, in-app events, and gameplay interactions
- Ad interaction data — impressions viewed, ads clicked, and ad engagement metrics
- IP address — collected by third-party SDKs for approximate geolocation (country/region level) and fraud prevention

4. Third-Party Services
Our Apps integrate the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing data collection:
Google AdMob
Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your consent preferences.
Google Play Services
Required for core Android functionality. May collect device information and usage data.
Apple App Store
Required for iOS distribution. Apple may collect device and usage data per their privacy policy.
Firebase Analytics
Used for understanding how users interact with our Apps. Collects usage data, session information, and anonymized event data.
Expo Analytics & Expo Notifications
Our Apps are built with Expo. Expo services may collect crash reports, usage analytics, and push notification tokens. No personally identifiable information is shared with Expo beyond what is necessary for these services to function.
5. Advertising
Our Apps display ads served by Google AdMob. Ads help us keep our games free to play.
Personalized Ads
If you consent to personalized advertising, AdMob may use your advertising ID and browsing data to show you ads that are relevant to your interests. You can change your ad preferences at any time through your device settings.
Non-Personalized Ads
If you do not consent to personalized ads (or if consent is not required in your jurisdiction), you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests or behavior. Non-personalized ads may still use contextual information such as your general location (country level) and the content of the app.
Managing Ad Preferences
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to manage App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permissions
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads to reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization
6. Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics and Expo Analytics to understand how our Apps are used. This helps us improve gameplay, fix bugs, and make better games.
Analytics data collected may include:
- Session length and frequency
- Screen views and navigation paths
- In-app events (e.g., level completions, feature usage)
- Crash reports and error logs
- Device type, OS version, and app version
Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual users. We do not combine analytics data with personally identifiable information.
7. In-App Purchases
Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases (e.g., removing ads, unlocking content). All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
- We do not collect, process, or store any payment or financial information
- All transactions are handled entirely by Google or Apple
- Purchase history and receipts are managed by the respective app store
- Refund requests must be directed to Google Play or Apple

8. Push Notifications
Our Apps may send push notifications via Expo Notifications. Push notifications are entirely optional.
- You will be asked for permission before any notifications are sent
- You can enable or disable notifications at any time through your device settings
- Push notification tokens are used solely for delivering notifications and are not linked to personal information
- We do not send marketing or promotional notifications to users who have not opted in
9. Data Storage
Our Apps store data locally on your device only using AsyncStorage (or equivalent local storage). This includes:
- Game progress and save data
- User preferences and settings
- Sound and notification preferences
- Ad consent choices
We do not operate servers that store user data. We do not have user accounts, cloud saves, or server-side databases containing your information. All app data resides exclusively on your device.
10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our Apps are not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. However, we recognize that children may play our games.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- Our Apps do not require registration, login, or submission of personal data
- Ads shown to users who may be under 13 are served in compliance with Google AdMob's child-directed treatment settings where applicable
- We do not enable behavioral advertising for users identified as children

11. GDPR (European Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. CCPA (California Users)

- Right to Delete — you may request deletion of personal information we hold about you
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale — we do not sell personal information. Advertising data shared with AdMob is for ad serving purposes only
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights
Since our Apps do not collect personal information directly and do not maintain user accounts, most data exists only on your device or with third-party services. To exercise your rights with respect to data held by third parties, you may need to contact those services directly (see Section 4).

13. Data Retention
Because we do not operate servers or user accounts:
- Local data (game saves, preferences) is stored on your device only and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App
- Analytics data collected by Firebase and Expo is retained according to their respective data retention policies (typically up to 14 months for Firebase)
- Advertising data collected by AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies
- You can clear local app data at any time through your device settings without uninstalling
14. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information associated with our Apps:
- All communication between our Apps and third-party services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Local data is stored using standard platform-provided storage mechanisms
- We do not transmit or store sensitive personal information on our own servers
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data processed by third-party services.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.
